SHIPPING:

ALL orders are shipped from New York, USA.
All orders are shipped by U.S. Priority Mail (USPS)
Most orders are shipped the following business day*
*Most orders that include seafood or cheese are shipped Monday - Wednesday, to avoid Sunday - Post Office closed.
After shipping out, most orders arrive in 2 or 3 days.
NO charge for handling.
NO charge for cold-packs.
NO additional charges will be added after checkout.
Orders are shipped within the USA and to Canada (See CANADA Orders below)
All refrigerated items are foil protected and shipped Priority Mail with cold-packs.
Larger orders may require a signature upon delivery.


CANADA Orders: Orders shipped to Canada can take more than 1 week to arrive.
Sorry, We do not ship refrigerated items (most seafood items and cheese) to Canada.
Canada orders can only be placed by phone. 1-877 864-8503.

SENDING A GIFT:

If you are sending a gift, your name will appear near the bottom of the shipping label. Example: "From Mary Smith".
We will include a gift note for you at no extra charge.
Enter a brief message in the "Gift Note" part of the shipping/payment section.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Customer is responsible for shipping charge for any package returned to us due to an invalid shipping address,
or if addressee was unavailable to receive order.
Refunds or partial refunds will be issued if we are at fault (broken, damaged items, or if we shipped incorrect item)
If customer is at fault (ordered the wrong item, changed mind), *items can be returned to us and refunded - less shipping cost.

*The following items cannot be returned: Cheese, Refrigerated items. Chocolate cannot be returned in summer.
